What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, a phone number, your suburb, and whatever you choose to tell us about your windows. An email address is optional. If you use the Aspect Planner and choose to send its plan with your enquiry, that plan text is included in your message, visibly, where you can edit it before sending. We do not collect anything the form does not show you.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: answering your enquiry and arranging your free measure and quote. A shutter enquiry is not useful to us for anything else, and we do not use it for anything else. No marketing lists, no newsletters you did not ask for.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is handled by the people who arrange and carry out the measure and quote. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider so your request can be serviced, and only for that purpose. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Where it lives
Enquiries are stored securely by the infrastructure that runs this website, and are kept only as long as they are useful to the job they describe. This site does not run advertising trackers and does not set analytics cookies on your browser.
Keeping the bots out
The enquiry form carries a simple hidden check that only automated spam trips. Anything it catches is discarded on the spot, never stored and never read. A genuine enquiry sails past it without noticing.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what details of yours we hold, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Send that request through the enquiry form, marked clearly as a privacy request, and we will act on it.
The wider rules
Personal information in Australia is protected by the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles, overseen by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. If you believe we have handled your details badly, tell us first and we will fix it; the OAIC is the authority beyond us.
This page describes how this website works today. If the way we handle enquiries changes, this page changes with it.
